Always be RESOURCEful.

We've been learning (and unlearning) a lot of things along the way about ourselves and each other. It starts with better understanding where we've been and where we are now, at the individual, team, company, profession, and society scales. The process involves time, empathy, discomfort, honesty, pain. No matter where you are in this diversity and inclusion journey, be all there. An entire community of people, both JEDI experts and novices, are working through these growing pains too and together we'll get to where we are going.
